With only one floor, the bungalow is furnished in a rustic way and belongs to a family property that has four other identical villas and gives direct access to a private beach with breath-taking views over “Coin de Mire”, which gives the impression of being raised from the sea. Swimming in the warm lagoon is a real joy.

Family and friends can enjoy a moment of togetherness in its friendly surrounding, sharing a good meal under the deliciously warm sun!

The affordable price of this bungalow, which can accommodate eight people, allows guests to access a luxurious place at a reasonable budget.

Besides the ocean and the beach, the area is culturally rich and is home to various restaurants, shops and other amenities such as supermarkets, night-clubs, and friendly bars. In addition, it is also the ideal place to spend adventurous holiday as there are numerous activities at your disposal.

Grand Baie is the ideal place for a perfect beachfront holiday. Many beautiful public beaches are located side by side, namely; Péreybère, Mont Choisy, Trou aux Biches and Pointe aux Canonniers. Welcome to the most beautiful lagoons of the island where you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the warm turquoise waters and get tanned on the white-powdered sand under the sun.

A range of water sports available nearby are:

• Windsurfing, water skiing, pedalboat , kayak and others
• Scuba diving
• Undersea walk for those looking for thrills
• Catamaran tour with BBQ and visit of Flat Island and Gabriel Island
• Sport fishing for marlin, tuna and dorado fishes

Sunset Boulevard is a small chic shopping mall found in the centre of Grand Bay. You will also come across the local market, where you can buy souvenirs articrafts. The Winner’s supermarket (local chain) is a few hundred metres away from the villa.

Service schedule: 9h to 15h from Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

The housekeeper and the cook have tasks:

• Cleaning
• Laundry (not ironing)
• Preparation of a daily meal, lunch or dinner cooked in advance

Tenants are responsible for buying the provisions.
A gardener works in the morning and is at your disposal should you have any questions about the garden or the villa.
Their services are included in the prices. The tip is discretionary. We advise 5 € per day per person.

Note that for the festive end of year period, there will be no service from December 24 at noon until December 25 inclusively and from December 31 at noon until January 2 inclusively. Kindly note that in Mauritius, 25^th December, January 1^st and 2^nd are bank holidays.
